Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required , Masters degree preferred
  • 2 years experience in management position
  • 2 years experience in manufacturing/electric vehicles industry

1. We are looking for an operations leader to manage the overall operations of the company and lead the company to increased profits and a successful work culture
2. Looking for someone who has knowledge about production and manufacturing. Experience in people management with leadership skills focusing on hire and develop the best, be curious, making cost effective decisions and leading the team. The candidate should also have knowledge about sales and marketing
3. The ideal candidate will be responsible to make daily and weekly goals for the team will be responsible of having monthly productivity conversations with the team. The candidate will be leading and pushing the employees to achieve their targets
4. The candidate should have background in engineering and manufacturing of EV batteries. Also background in management roles is must. Optional: Marketing and sales experience/knowledge
5. This role is learning about the overall operations of the company and the industry. The candidate will have opportunities to lead the team and lead more teams in the future
6. The company is part of a market which is upcoming and growing rapidly. The candidate will have the opportunity to show their skills and knowledge and learn and grow and improve their leadership skills by leading a team and also leading the business as a secondary source

2. The candidate will be responsible for defining marketing and sales strategies and will be directly dealing with the clients and potential customers.

3. The ideal candidate will be responsible to make daily and weekly sales goals for the business and is responsible to push the profits for the company.

4. The candidate should have background in sales and marketing with knowledge about the manufacturing and EV industry

5. Incentives and commisions will be provided based on the performance of the candidate
